To win the game, two conditions must be met:

  1. When a Leader's life reaches 0, a final attack secures victory.

  2. If the deck runs out of cards (Deck-out), the game ends.

The deck composition for the One Piece card game is as follows:

  • 1 Leader card.
  • A deck comprising 50 cards of the same color as your leader, consisting of character cards, event cards, and stage cards. You can only have up to four cards with the same code number.
  • A 10-card Don's deck.

To start the game, follow these steps:

  1. Shuffle your deck and the Don!! deck, then place them in their respective zones.
  2. Put the Leader card in its designated zone.
  3. Determine the first and second players using a rock-paper-scissors game.
  4. Draw five cards from the top of your deck.
  5. Once, you can return your entire hand to the deck and shuffle it (mulligan), and then redraw five cards from the top of your deck.
  6. According to your leader's life, place cards face-down in your life zone from the top of your deck.
  7. The first player initiates their turn.

Game Flow:

  • Refresh Phase:
    • Return all Don!! cards attached to your field to the cost area.
    • Untap all tapped cards in your field to make them active.
  • Draw Phase:
    • Draw one card from the top of your deck (the first player does not draw on their first turn).

  • Don Phase:
    • Reveal the top two cards in your Don deck and place them in the cost area (the first player reveals and moves only one card on their first turn).
  • Main Phase:
    • You can perform the following four actions in any order:
      1. Playing cards: Rest Don!! cards in the cost area based on the card cost to play the card (Event cards go to the trash after playing).
      2. Attaching Don!! cards: Attach active Don!! cards to your leader or characters in play (return Don!! cards to the cost area in a tapped state if the attached cards leave the field).
      3. Activate card effects: Activate effects by meeting the conditions of your leader and characters.
      4. Attacking: Use your leader or character cards to attack your opponent. Rest them to trigger the attack. Cards cannot attack the turn they are played, except for "Rush." Neither player can attack on their first turn.
  • End Phase:
    • Effects that last "until the end of this turn" are nullified, and your opponent's turn begins.
